Meadow & Landscape Seeding Services

Hydro-seeding is an extremely cost-effective and successful way of establishing new vegetation.

If planting a relatively large area, hydro-seeding can be completed in a very short period of time. It can be very effective for hillsides and sloping lawns to help with erosion control and rapid establishment. Results are quick with high germination rates, producing grass growth in about a week and mowing maintenance beginning around 3 to 4 weeks from the date of application.

Why Fibre Mulch?

Fibre mulch accelerates the growing process by maintaining moisture around the seeds, thereby increasing the rate of germination.

  • Faster germination
  • Even seed distribution of size and type
  • Seed protection in difficult conditions
  • Superior seed to soil contact

Soil stabilisation

Can be tailored to create unrivalled erosion control solutions, and incorporate erosion control blankets.

Establishes more uniformly than turf
Requires no additional aftercare over other methods.

100% organic and biodegradable (unless used with some Turf Reinforcement Membrane).

Economically viable compared to conventional seeding.

Makes seeding on steep banks or inaccessible areas possible.
Reduces hazards for difficult sites and uneven terrain.

Stock Fencing

  • Standard stock fencing i.e. for cattle and sheep
  • Deer and rabbit fencing

Post & Rail Fencing

Post and rail is a popular type of fencing for horse paddocks and menéges. It can also be used as a boundary fence, and with a stock fencing combination, which will keep animals in or out. Electric fencing can be added for extra security.

Estate Fencing

Estate fencing is the more common for agricultural fencing and is normally erected on country estates but can also be used domestically. This fencing is designed to have the strength to contain cattle without being too obtrusive on landscaped parkland. It can be decorative or plain in style.

Otter & Badger Fencing

Otters can cause a great deal of damage, especially to fisheries. Otter fencing can be a preventative measure. It consists of tall steel wire mesh netting attached to round posts. The bottom of the fence is partially buried to prevent otters from digging underneath.

The top of the fence is angled at 45° to prevent the otter from climbing over the top. A badger fence works in a similar way.
