Life Cycle Project Management

We take ownership of the whole process from ‘Concept to Completion’.

Our project management team concentrate on the main objective: to take forward the work of the project in order to meet the goals of the project.

Typically every project has four major phases, each requiring a specific schedule and resolution of arising issues.

We have a clear understanding of the execution these phases which allows our managers and executives to establish and maintain efficient control of the project.

These phases represent the path a project takes from the beginning to its end and are generally referred to as the project “life cycle.”

  • Initial enquiry – initial contact from a client to enquiry about one of our services resulting in bespoke specialist advice, guidance notes or site management plan
  • Project resourcing – secure external grants to implement actions identified in the previous stage
  • Project tendering – A.G.A Group Consultancy has no part in this stage to ensure fair and open competition
  • Project implementation – final stage where the contracting arm of A.G.A Group implements the project
